Active pregnancy, untreated psychiatric illness, organ transplantation, recent cardiovascular events, and similar are out of scope for telehealth-led longevity medicine.

What does the membership cover?
Physician access at the cadence of your tier (ongoing async messaging on Foundation, quarterly video visits on Performance, monthly video visits on Concierge), async messaging with the Velri care team between visits, a personalized longevity plan, lab orders coordinated through Quest, and member pricing on eligible compounded medications. Performance and Concierge tiers include native mobile app access (iOS and Android) and lab panels at the cadence of your tier.

Is this a substitute for my primary care?
No. Velri Telehealth is a longevity, performance, and prevention service. It does not manage chronic disease (diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, and similar) and does not work with insurance. Continue seeing your primary care physician for general health concerns. Your Velri physician will coordinate with your existing care providers when relevant.
