Why a GLP-1 can tilt the fluid balance

You don't need to diagnose yourself. But a few notes make the visit far more useful:
- Roughly how much water and food you're getting on a typical day (and a rough night-shift day).
- Whether nausea, vomiting, or loose stools have shown up.
- When the dizziness happens — always on standing? After long gaps without eating? In heat?
