1) Why Velri exists (your perspective)

Q1. In a sentence, why did you say yes to founding Velri? Q2. What about the current healthcare system frustrates you most when a patient walks into your clinic asking longevity, performance, or prevention questions? Q3. If Velri does exactly what you want it to do, what changes for the patient who would otherwise be Googling, listening to podcasts, and assembling care on their own?

2) Who Velri is for

Q4. Describe the patient Velri was built for. Age, mindset, lifestyle, what they've already tried, what they want next. Be specific — picture one real person if it helps. Q5. Who is Velri NOT for? When should someone hear "Velri isn't the right fit for you"?

3) What good care looks like (your standard)

Q6. What does a great first visit look like to you? What should the patient feel walking out? Q7. What can a Velri physician deliver that a patient cannot get from their PCP, a traditional concierge clinic, or a prescription-app brand? Q8. Clinically, where do you draw the line? What goals are you happy to take on, and what should you tell a patient "this isn't a Velri thing — go to X"?

4) What we will not do

Q9. What's the thing you'd quit Velri over if it ever became the way we operated? Q10. There's a version of telehealth we are deliberately NOT building. Describe it.

5) Voice and language

Q11. Three words you'd want a patient to use when describing Velri to a friend. Q12. Three words you'd be unhappy to hear a patient use about Velri. Q13. Anything in our current marketing copy on velri.co that makes you wince? Quote it and tell me why. The goal is for the site to sound like you, not like a marketing agency.

6) The next 12 months (doctor's view)

Q14. What would make the June 2026 launch "successful" from where you sit clinically? Not revenue — what does a good launch look like for the doctor? Q15. What's the one thing you want a patient to know about you (Lane Smith, DO) before their first visit?
